your community fund.
Guidelines for obtaining your rebate check:
- Purchase and install at least 250 squares of Glenwood® Shingles for your community between February 1, 2016, and July 31, 2016.
- HOA President should visit gafrebatecenter.com to fill out the required information.
- Print confirmation page and or mail with supporting contractor’s invoice(s) showing the date of installation, the use of at least 250 squares of GAF Glenwood® Shingles (can be multiple invoices adding up to 250), and the HOA name to:
Glenwood 250 for 500 Rebate, PO Box 32101, Copley, OH 44321-0501.
Invoices must be received by August 31, 2016.
Limit one rebate per homeowners’ association. The association pays any applicable sales tax. Void if copied, sold, transferred, forwarded, or traded. Valid on purchases made in the U.S. only. GAF reserves the right to audit all redemption claims. GAF may request proof of status as a homeowners’ association. Improper redemption or use constitutes fraud. Original rebate document and invoice(s) only. Return of qualifying merchandise invalidates offer. Check will be made payable to the homeowners’ association. Offer void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. Ineligible, incomplete, or illegible claims that do not comply with these terms will be rejected. GAF is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected, or postage-due submissions. Please allow 6-8 weeks from receipt for shipment of rebate check or as otherwise required by law.
