Guidelines for obtaining your rebate check:
Valid in the U.S. only. Qualifying Purchase must be made by company listed and installed on building address on rebate form. This rebate offer contains a unique rebate code and is for one time use only. Limit one rebate per building address. Limit one rebate per company. Rebate check will be made payable to the company listed below. Offer void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. Void if copied, sold, transferred, forwarded, or traded. No cash value. Offer cannot be used for purchases made prior to the Issue Date listed on this document. Receipt may only be submitted once. GAF reserves the right to audit all rebate redemption claims. Duplicate submissions and submissions that violate these terms will be disqualified. Improper redemption or use constitutes fraud. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Return of qualifying purchase invalidates offer. Ineligible, incomplete, or illegible claims that do not comply with these terms will be rejected. GAF is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected, or postage-due submissions.
Please allow 6–8 weeks from receipt of claim for shipment of rebate check or as otherwise required by law.
