HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

• Purchase canister(s) of EverGuard® TPO Quick Spray and Quick Spray LV50 Adhesive between February 1, 2021 and April 30, 2021
• Click on "Contractor Rebates" on this website and complete/submit the Quick Spray Canister rebate form
• Print your confirmation page
• Mail your confirmation page and paid invoice to: GAF Rebate Center, PO Box 32101, Copley, OH 44321. Documents must be received by May 30, 2021 to qualify
• Receive $100 on a reloadable prepaid card for each qualifying EverGuard® TPO Quick Spray Canister purchased
